We, the undersigned, support H.R. 1136 entitled “Save our Small and Seasonal Businesses” to extend the termination date for the exemption of returning workers from the numerical limitations for temporary workers. We strongly encourage the U.S. Congress to pass this legislation to prevent the impending devastation to small, family owned small businesses throughout this country.
