CAN $5 RESTORE A NATION'S LAND? YES!
The State of Hawaii claims to have "Perfect Title" to the Hawaiian Crown Land Trust also referred to by the state as the "Ceded Land Trust". This has never been decided in a court of law. So why is the State of Hawaii holding the Hawaiians' wallet?
Hawaiians have yet to appear in court and claim what is theirs! Let them know who owns the interest in these lands and pledge five dollars or whatever you can to hire a law firm. Let them know that their actions are not acceptable and it is time to return all of trust lands back to the rightful owners!
You can make it happen by pledging $5 or more to a fund to hire a Law firm to represent Hawaii's legal claims. There is at least 500,000 people descended from the Kingdom of Hawaii who have a legal claim to the Crown lands. If just 10,000 of the heirs and their friends donate $5, we can now enter for the first time into court and exhaust our remedy, decide this issue and seek redress as the law would apply! we can file suit to assert the rights of the Hawaiian people to have their lands returned and their nation restored.
We will only ask you to honor and complete your pledge when 10,000 people support the effort. We want to be clear we have real support to act!
But,If you can't wait, you can donate today:

Even if you can not afford to pledge to support us please sign on as a friend of the Aina and select "I support the [Return of the Trust lands]"
We love to know who supports us and want to let the State of Hawaii know too!
