Commissioners Stop Giving Our Pets To Research!
To/Against/For: Class B Animal DealersWe, the undersigned residents of the County of Montcalm, respectfully request that the Montcalm County Board of Commissioners terminate the county animal shelter's disposition contract with any research animal dealer or research facility. We are not necessarily opposed to animal research, but we know that pets are not necessary for the advancement of bio-medical research.

You can research meds, etc. WITHOUT using poor innocent creatures to do your experiments on - - this is uncalled for. GOD does NOT approve and these people will pay when they meet their maker on judgement day! Pets are loving creatures and they DESERVE to be loved in return - - NOT tortured in research labs.
