"We, the employees of Parent Child Incorporated, petition the city of San Antonio to reconsider taking the Head Start Program from PCI after 29 years of diligent commitment. PCI and its employees deserve more than what has been proposed.The city and the department of community initiatives have also failed our head start program. We are requesting that PCI and it's employees, under proper city assessment be given a second chance.
