Dog Run Curfew Request
To/Against/For: Dog Run CurfewThe purpose of this petition is to demonstrate to the Battery Park City Authority that residents surrounding the dog run between Rector Place and 3rd Place would like to request a curfew be placed on the dog run as the result of dog barking. We are seeking that the curfew be imposed between the hours of 11 pm and 9 am on weekdays and 11 pm and 11 am on weekends.
If you have been negatively affected by dog barking early in the morning or late in the evening and would like to join in the request - please sign this petition.

| Merce Castro | I would prefer that they move the dog run somewhere else. Also, I would like to include in the petition to put hefty fines for dog owners who dont clean up after their dogs. They make the street as their dogs' toilet. The air reeks with dogs' pee, and the street littered with dogs' poo. Is it ok? bettter than people's excrement? This place resembles the 3rd world country, the air is polluted with dogs' excrements. Dont you know that it goes to our lungs? If you notice, the pavements are stained with the pee, and even the benches where people sits are not excluded. | |
