We are a 79 member’s society where the Re-development has taken shape by the old elected Committee which had given advertisement and received offers.

 

The newly elected committee dissolve the old re-development committee for the reason  best know to them since 2 years no re-development inactivate is taken  every time the committee finalise and them self back out .

 

The new committee has taken fresh offers of Builders and sold files.

 

Ignoring the past offers which are deemed to be the best one with out circulating and ignoring of best renown famous builders for the reason due to western interest.

 

They have received highest offer but their don’t want to entertain the offer because the Managing Committee is not getting fruits they do not to form Re-development Committee

 

What should we do to stop the dadgiri of Managing Committee.
