Banned for a joke

Sometimes unexpected things might happen. This happened to me one day. I got permanently banned on Florensia mmog without any warning. Seems that one of my friends using my personal computer and his account tried to sell my account on game shout chat. After few days i got personal message that i will be banned on all my accounts. I asked why and scout answered for trying to sell your account using other account, which will be banned as well. So it turns out that for one joke i got permanently banned. Everyone who knows me in that game knows that i would never do that, but french support leader is strict to his decision to keep me banned.I had long conversation with 2 support leaders trying to explain that it is not right to get banned permanently for a joke like that. First of all i won\'t lie, i tried to take all responsibility on myself and said that i did it. Reason is quite simple - i had lend to that person a lot cash items and i was disturbed a lot and did not knew what to do at all in such situation. This is first time when i am accused of something i did not done. Later i decided better to lose all those items gathered in years, but save my own charakter and account. Then i explained without lies that i have nothing to do with it and it was only fail attempt to get back all what is rightfully mine. I end up losing one of the highest level charakter at that time i got banned just for nothing.So i can only ask is my permanent ban is best decision for a screenshot with joke, which was made by my friend? I do not understand even how that game staff member believes that i did it. Whole game community sees it as a one of oddest things to get ban for something like it, but person who gave me ban see it different.
I tried to talk with french support leader politely at begining, but he/she refused to talk directly with me. After few tickets i got angry and our conversation become into more or less mini battle. She/he didn\'t want to understand that i got banned unrightfully and i was persistent till the end support leader lost it patience and we simply started to insult each other indirectly and directly at the end. My last ticket was apology for him/her and after it i tried to avoid speaking about all that mess.
Now i should mention one more thing. I was unbanned for about 20 hours by other game support leader and i can say him thanks for it. However french support leader added ban next day just because no one asked his/her opinion about it, but wait a minute...How should i feel? I got banned for nothing, then unbanned without explanation and in one day time again banned. I seems like i got banned not for imaginary things, which i did not done, but just because i messed up with ticket system and now i stuck in nowhere.
So i have only one question. Do you believe that person, who wasted a lot money, time, effort on a game without any reason whould try to sell his account using other account, to which he can\'t even log in, got permanently banned rightfully? I still play that game and did not stopped, while players and friends in there support me and understand that this is not how it should be.

| Pinda | I don't like how Florensia is rolling right now with their rules. People get banned way too easy in this game. No warnings or what so ever are given. I can understand zero-tolerance towards some offences, but with Florensia breaking any rule can result in a ban instantly. He only said he was selling his account, is that also against the rules? Or is doing so against the rules? Is this ban even legit, I don't think so. | |
| Evaldas Lavrinovič | I agree that showing disrespect won't help and all racism and insults must not be used. As for how to prove that i am here not to sell account buy play is easy. Why should i use my money to recharge AP if i am going to sell it? Both times when i got banned was like 2-3 hours after AP recharges.Why wealthy person like me should sell accounts at first place? Account selling is like prostitution while you sell yourself, your long & hard work offspring for...mere money? I would never go for it. My charakter is part of me and it would never give it to anyone except myself. | |

However, you still playing and showing you were/are not planning to leave the game! What more could you do to show them you are here to play and not to sell accounts? @Staff Team: We all know that selling an account is forbidden. So I ask why would he joke about that? Of course: He wouldn't! It was his friend! So what? Sometimes I leave at home my computer with Flo, my roommates could come and chat whatever they like without been aware of the fact they could ban me. Gab's friend explained that on the Florum (the thread was closed obviously). I guess you culd deal with your customers a little bit personally... having in mind what really happened (I guess you don't need to study Customers Relationships to understand that D:) at least you did that previously! P.S.: keep the racism/stereotypes away please x.x no need them now (actually they are never needed). | |
| Ivic | wow that he/she/it french person is absolutely right (thats a joke btw for those who doesnt get it...french gm cough) someones been wrongfully banned here and i think someone should get his ass fired for good. Ive been playing that game too ofc and i know for a fact that its losing players cuz some idiot is pulling lame shit like this from his/her basement fortress to get some satisfaction of the awesome power they posses. I can hardly understand why the french support lead think you wanna sell you account, and yet you keep playing. I can only hope this petition helps you to get back ingame on Kornielje. Ps: On an unrelated note, a few other english channel player also had issues with french support lead... we couldnt get a direct answer from her/him out that time either. | |
