VicRoads made a determination on 24th December 2009 that the land between
Springvale Road and Eastlink protected for a possible freeway extension
will no longer be used for a freeway and has been released.
This land currently provides parklands and supports a range of activities
enjoyed by our community, including the Bellbird Dell Centre with its
beautiful native vegetation and the Davy Lane Reserve which is used by
Parkmore Primary School and Vermont Cricket Club.
It could now be sold off for redevelopment. We would all like this land to
be retained for the community’s continued enjoyment.
Please sign this petition because with your help, this land can be retained
for the enjoyment of all.
