Society Formation Date

To/Against/For: To know when our housing society was formed.

The Registrar of Societies,

Wadala, Mumbai,

I have purchased a flat the N.G. Park Bldg no. 3, Rawalpada, Dahisar East. Recently we received a communication that the housing society is formed.

I would like to know the date of formation of society and also would like to understand the procedure of taking charge from the Builder.
