We, the signatories to this pertition, request that the United Nations Human Rights Commission take all actions at it's disposal to raise and pursue with the People's Republic of China, questions relating to:



  1. The basic human rights of children deemed to be "street children"

  2. The condition of street children as it relates to their protection, sustenance, housing and education.and  

  3. The policies, implementation of policies and reporting of same currently being pursued by the People's Republic of China relating to the above.
