Petition against Redeveloper Jayesh Pandya

If your society is undergoing redevelopment with Jayesh Pandya or Hetali enterprise, don't pay this person even one Re. as advance.
Operating of this builder Jayesh Pandya.
1) At the time of agreement he shows very Rosy plan, and collects advance money from members for any extra room needed, saying that he needs help and does not have money.
2) He collects all the cost of construction from current members and then keeps all action points on society in the agreement.
3) Then he comes out with bad plan giving reasons like change in some guidelines from town planning. Makes sure that this new plan affects some of the members who will be upset.
4) He can then sit quietly on huge pile of money..enjoying interest..he need not be in a hurry to go ahead with demolotion and construction of new premises.
This builder took advance of Rs 9,20,775 for extra space bought in redevelopment , by showing one plan. After agreement he changed the plan and changed location of my flat. I objected to this new location. But Mr. Jayesh is not returning the money.
I am writing this to make every one aware of this person. If your society is undergoing redevelopment with this guy as developer, don't pay him a single penny, you are not going to get it back.
