I do not want my right to a secret ballot election eliminated in any instance, especially when that vote is the deciding factor in whether or not I will be represented by a union. The bills title is very misleading and would undermine the ability of EVERY WORKER to cast a secret ballot that would help to decide whether or not their eployment would be represented by a union. MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, VOTE NO TO CARD CHECK!! OUR JOBS DEPEND ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
