Permission to sell our organs - Salaries not paid since October 2008
To/Against/For: SubhikshaDear Madame/Sir,
With due request we request you to grant us the permission to sell our organs and kill ourselves and our families as our organization has not paid us our legitimate dues since October 08. We have been requesting the company but there is no response to us.
While in between the press tried to expose this but the management greased there palms and our sufferings continued.
We even wrote to many officials and the present Labor Minister but there was no response. During this period we have tried to make our families survive by borrowing money from all possible resources but now no one is interested to lend us anymore and everyday since morning we get harassed by the Landlords or the Money lenders or the bank official. Company official do not respond, and keep on giving dates.
During this period we have also come to know that company has not deposited our Provident Funds and other statutory dues to the Government agencies.
Its a pain to see that the company has the money to pay bribes to avoid any legal actions or to local goons or the banks but when it comes to employee Wages they do not have money.
As citizens of this country you are our last hope and in case you also cannot help us in getting us our legitimate dues, humbly we request to grant us the relief to sell our organs to payback the dues we have taken from Banks, Money lenders and further allow us to kill ourselves.
We know that it is really shameful on our part to request such resort but you will appreciate that for the working class his whole world revolves around his Monthly wages and the savings what he has is the PF that he contributes, today we don't have anything left with us except to the people and institutions whom we own money.
We look forward to a benevolent response to our request.

The company has today offered 2 months cheques towards October and November salaries for around 80% employees and are forcing them to sign on the leave without pay letters stating that the employee will be on sabbatical leave w.e.f December 1st 2008 to May 31st 2009. For the balance 20% employees who have been 'retained' are offered only 1 month cheque towards October salary. | |
